Terms of Use

Responsibilities for browsing UNORA, submitting a campaign proposal and using administrator access.

Draft updated: November 4, 2026 · Subject to legal and operational review

1. Purpose and service status

UNORA presents a fundraising platform under development. Public campaigns, totals and donor activity are sample content; donation buttons do not charge a payment method. Actual campaign proposals can be submitted privately for administrator review.

These draft terms must be reviewed and completed with the legal operator’s identity, business address, jurisdiction and verified contact details before live fundraising launches. They do not claim registered charitable status, operational payment services or a donor guarantee.

2. Eligibility and authority

Use the platform lawfully and only submit information you are authorized to share. If you organize on behalf of another person or organization, obtain the necessary permission and accurately describe your relationship.

Minors should act through an authorized adult where required by applicable law. Do not impersonate a beneficiary, institution, administrator or another organizer.

3. Submitting a proposal

Provide accurate organizer contact information, campaign category, location, goal, story and an image you have permission to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive documents and do not include payment credentials.

Submitting a proposal is not a contract to receive funds, a promise of publication or an assurance that the campaign will be accepted. A submission is stored privately for review and may require clarification.

4. Review and campaign decisions

Authorized administrators can review proposals and record a review decision. Approval does not automatically publish a fundraising page, verify every statement or enable a payment channel.

No guaranteed review time, fundraising result, treatment outcome or minimum amount is offered. Any future publication and payout arrangements must be separately disclosed before they apply.

5. Your content and other people’s rights

You retain rights you hold in your original material. By submitting it, you permit the technical storage and display needed for private proposal review. A broader public promotional license is not assumed by this draft.

Only use photographs, names and stories with the necessary permissions. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, exploitative or infringing material. Explain any representative or guardian authority accurately.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use UNORA for fraud, money laundering, unlawful fundraising, harassment, malware, unauthorized access or harvesting personal information. Do not misrepresent sample totals as money actually collected.

Do not bypass access controls, publish private review links, share administrator credentials or attempt to change another person’s records without authority.

7. Administrator accounts

Administrator access is protected and limited to authorized accounts. Keep sign-in credentials confidential, sign out on shared devices and notify the operator of suspected compromise through the verified contact channel once provided.

Interface preferences and administrator profile details can be saved. Administrator status does not authorize uses of personal information outside the disclosed review purpose.

8. Donations, fees and payouts

No live donation payment, recurring subscription or payout is currently available. Entering a donation amount in the demonstration does not transfer money, and it does not generate a tax receipt.

Stripe connection is planned, not active. Before real checkout is enabled, fees, currencies, supported payment methods, recipient identity, payout conditions and refund rules must be displayed. No zero-fee promise, fixed processor rate, direct-to-hospital payout or tax deduction is guaranteed.

9. Third-party services and links

Third-party websites and future payment providers have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not certify a provider, campaign or beneficiary.

Do not send money off-platform merely because someone claims to represent UNORA. Check the recipient and use only verified payment channels when these become available.

10. Availability and changes

The platform may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or development. Features shown as demonstrations must not be relied on as live financial services.

Access may be restricted to address suspected misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Relevant submissions may need to be retained where required by law or a documented dispute.

11. Responsibility and mandatory rights

Organizers remain responsible for the accuracy and permission of submitted information. UNORA does not provide medical, financial, tax or legal advice and cannot guarantee fundraising success.

Nothing in this draft excludes responsibilities or consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable liability wording must be reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction before launch.

12. Questions, disputes and updates

The operator’s governing jurisdiction and formal complaint channel have not been confirmed. No arbitration agreement, court selection or waiver of mandatory rights is imposed by this draft.

Review the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for related information. Material service changes require updated terms; the Contact Us page identifies whether a verified support channel is available.
