1. No live charges at present
UNORA’s donation experience is a demonstration. No money is collected, no recurring donation is started, and no payment refund can be issued for a sample amount displayed on this site.
This is a draft policy for the current platform. Transaction eligibility, fees, deadlines and the operator’s legal details must be confirmed before real donations are accepted. It is not a money-back guarantee.
2. If you see an unexpected charge
A sample UNORA donation should not create a card or bank charge. If you see an unfamiliar transaction, contact your bank or card issuer using its official channel and preserve the transaction reference.
Do not share full card numbers, security codes, passwords or bank login details. UNORA’s contact preview does not deliver a dispute or initiate a refund.
3. Future refund requests
Once a verified support channel and payment provider are available, a request should identify the campaign, donation date, amount, currency, transaction reference and reason for the request. Provide the minimum information needed to find the payment.
Duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, errors and suspected campaign misrepresentation should be investigated. Eligibility depends on applicable law, the published payment terms, the evidence and the provider’s procedures; automatic approval is not promised.
4. Change of mind and transferred funds
A future request based on a change of mind must be assessed under the terms disclosed at real checkout and applicable law. No fixed cancellation window is currently established.
Whether funds have already been transferred may affect the available resolution, subject to mandatory rights. Neither a complete refund nor its refusal is predetermined by this draft.
5. Withdrawing or cancelling a campaign
An organizer may request withdrawal of a stored proposal through the verified contact channel once supplied. There is no public campaign automatically created by submitting or approving a proposal.
For future live campaigns, cancellation, unused balances, beneficiary changes and any proposed reallocation must be documented and explained to affected donors. This draft does not authorize automatic redirection to another cause.
6. Recurring giving
Recurring payments are not enabled. No subscription is created by selecting an amount or using the demonstration donation button.
If recurring giving is introduced, checkout must explain the frequency, amount and cancellation method. Cancelling future payments and requesting a refund for a past payment are separate actions.
7. Refund method, currency and fees
When live payments are available, an approved refund should ordinarily use the original payment method where supported and lawful. Never accept an instruction to pay an extra fee to “unlock” a refund.
Payment-provider charges, exchange-rate differences and any non-refundable fees must be disclosed and handled under applicable law and provider terms. No refund deductions or processing rate are currently established.
8. Timing and updates
There is no guaranteed refund review or bank settlement deadline at present. Future timelines must account for the connected provider and the receiving bank and be disclosed before transactions begin.
A review confirmation is not evidence that funds have reached an account. Keep provider references and request a status update through the official channel when it is available.
9. Disputes, privacy and contact
Your rights to contact a payment provider, bank or competent authority are not waived. Avoid pursuing multiple conflicting refund methods without informing the parties handling the transaction.
Review the Privacy Policy for information handling and the Terms of Use for service status. The verified support email is pending; do not use the contact preview as proof that a request was submitted.
